Day 3: Lakme Fashion Week

Purvi Doshi and Vaishali Shadangule made a big impact on us on day 3. While Purvi Doshi stuck to lighter shades like whites, golds and grays and kept it minimum and minimal too, Vaishali S made her collection bold and bright.

The two contrasts made these two ladies the perfect openers for Day 3.

While the first days were all about boldness and making statements, Day 3 was more subtle. But that didn’t stop it from making it a great day. Sometimes, you don’t have to always go all out and  make a statement. Sometimes, its about the technique, the aesthetics and the silhouettes of the garments. Day 3 was all about that and we couldn’t be happier.

We are in for a great future in terms of design because this Lakme Fashion Week, with still 3 days left, has shown us all the potentials. To think that there is still so much more to come is keeping us excited and we are looking forward to one of the best Lakme Fashion Weeks ever.

With so much in our hands and each of us running around and working, we still find the time to enjoy ourselves. The joys of working with anything fashion related is that: All about fun!
